Her educational and professional background in the field of Psychology has helped her gain a deeper understanding of the ways in which our wellbeing is influenced by a delicate interaction between our physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing and our inner drive to balance these integral parts of ourselves.
Reihaneh understands the important role effective therapy plays in helping individuals achieve this balance in a safe therapeutic environment. As a systemic therapist, Reihaneh hopes to provide a healing space for individuals, couples, and families to effectively discuss, identify and resolve their conflicts and recover from emotional pain while fostering stronger and healthier relationships.
As someone who has passionately advocated for mental health awareness, support, and access, Reihaneh has adopted a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and gender-responsive lens in her work. She understands both personally and professionally, the importance of providing a safe, welcoming, and healing therapeutic space for families from diverse backgrounds to overcome their struggles and cultivate their inner strengths and resilience. Healing can be a beautiful journey, not just a destination.
