Shelley has an open and compassionate heart and a belief that each of us has love, strengths, wisdom, joy, and a sense of purpose within us. Sometimes we lose touch with some of these aspects of ourselves due to trauma or attachment injuries from our past. She is grateful to be able to help people feel empowered and hopeful. She provides a unique perspective because of her own transformation as a trauma survivor through her therapeutic healing process.
She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Learning and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She will complete a Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy in 2022. She obtained an externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and completed Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy basic training part 1. She is a mother, wife, and a Nana to her grandson. Shelley is passionate about walking side by side with people who are seeking healing from their past and support as they transform and thrive.
